i am on the DNC list, yet this is at least the 2nd time this number has shown up... on my cell phone! this time i picked it up and didn't say anything; after about 20 seconds, the line was disconnected.

don't answer this phone number (757) 961-3544...is the same portfolio recovery company (debt collector) at Virginia. It's totally illegal what they are doing, check all comments from this number.

I got a message today around 4:22 pm. I called them back and it was a recorded message saying "press any digit to be put on the do not call list". I didn't press any digits because i don't want them to call me back.
