Foreign accent. Hard to understand. I have asked them several times to quit calling me.

Received call from unknown caller with the above phone number. He had an Indian accent . Said he was from Microsoft IRed . Said that I was sending them virus warnings. He wanted information from me. I told him I wasn't interested and hung up on him.

Larry called with global error warning from Microsoft. He said he was from Ireadtechsupport. Asked him his phone number, he replied 3473050007 Caller Id shows 18003130000. Like other people called, he wanted me to go on my computer and he would tell me what to do to fix problems. Total scam. Surprised he stayed on phone while I questioned where he got my number from.

Sent a message into Microsoft alerting them about this scam. Hopefully they'll be stopped soon.

"William" has called 3 times in the last 2 days stating he was from Microsoft and my computer was sending them "global server warnings" and I needed to fix it and he would help me. Total scam. Caller ID brings up 800-313-0000

Said Microsoft asked their comapny to call to resolve a virus on my computer. Would not give me the name of his company or a website I could refer to. THIS IS A SCAM. they either want access to my computer to steal info or are selling something. Kept asking for my name. If microsoft asked them to call they would have a name.

I have had two calls at least from this number despite being on a do not call list. Same patter as other people mention. My caller said his name was Michael Bachman.

Called my father about an error with his computer The Indian accented man named Charles tried to get him to fix it over the phone Thank god my father couldn't understand what he was saying but he asked for his phone number and when I called him back it was Patrick and he needed my name had my phone number when I looked up the number to see if there was any complaints against it read them I told the man not to call my dad or me again Thank you for other complaints

Exact same pitch as the caller on March,01,2014 His name was Adam and he had an Indian accent. Got his number and said I would call back --But, I won,t. ed

We got a call like this last night and it seemed strange because my husband was uninstalling a bunch of software from our laptop to clean it up. He actually thought was legit because the guy on the other line stated he was receiving error messages through our internet provider. My husband clicked on a couple of things he instructed him to do and the "tech" then was able to remotely connect to our computer. After all was done the "tech" started a sales pitch and my husband then started to question the guy on how now it was becoming a sales pitch. The "tech" hung up on him. My husband then wasn't able to pull up any of the information the "tech" left. The "tech" had accent from India. But when my husband received an email from the tech it stated his name was RON GOMEZ. Another sales rep was named CHRIS COLEMAN. They said their business address is 140 Broadway street. Manhattan,Ny. We now realize this is a SCAM.

A woman from India (accent anyway) said Microsoft keeps getting an error from my computer that she would help me remove. Asked for her number & said wanted to check this out and would call her back. Used reverse number lookup & took me to this page. Microsoft needs to stop this!!

Hang up the phone on this number!!!!!!

Called pretending to be a computer support tech. I called Microsoft to verify about the formation he was asking me about my computer. The said he was phishing to take over my computer. DO NOT TALK TO HIM!
