Received an unsolicited youtu.be link, didn't work. Hope it is not malware

Got a text and when I asked who it was they didn't respond back.

receiving several calls a day from this number almost everyday

calls twice a day every day

Keeps calling and hanging up. Can not return call as it records disconnected number. Have receive 8-10 calls in the last week and a half.

Operator will not pause to answer questions and will disconnect before you can request to be removed from call database. These companies should only be able to access numbers that opt into telemarketing efforts.
