I am on the Do Not Call Register but I get calls from this number every other day.

This number calls every day but will never leave a message. I called the number and was answered by a recording saying that they were College Works. I cannot confirm that this is a telemarketer because I cannot talk to a live person.

Calls our landline 5 times a day, when we answer there is no response. On the 5th time today I redialed and spoke to Joe, told him I wanted my number off the list. I was told I had to say please. Are you kidding me? What is this company and how do I stop them?
