Scammer selling fake parts. Wont refund money. Banned account no name

Said they were from Publishers Clearing House and I had won $5,500,000 and to call this number to claim the money. SCAM as PCH does not call to give out winnings.

this phone number was used on telegram and a guy scammed me out of 40000 dollars

Text claims I won 200,000 grant but must pay upfront to gain Access to it

call at 10 am no answer very annoying want it to stop teleemarkerts or scammers im on national do not call list which does no good everyone must report this number to make them stop
