I received a call from this phone #. They left a message saying that they were from the IRS. That I was going to be arrested because I didn't make my payments. Well what he didn't know was that I worked for the agency. I informed him that it is a federal offense to be personating the federal government and that he could be fined up to a certain dollar amount and/or imprisonment. He hung up. I called back several times after that and he wouldn't pick up. This is a scam. If you should get any calls from someone personating the federal government please advise your local authorities. They will advise you on how to proceed further.

Called and left a message saying they were from the IRS. Called back the next morning at 6:45 AM again saying from the IRS, threatened legal action. We knew this was wrong because we don't owe the IRS. Sounded like he was from India, said his name was Kevin White (I bet) couldn't understand him very well. He got very rude before I finally hung up

came through as a private caller, no caller ID, called saying they were the IRS, gave name, i hung up before getting number as it sounded like he was calling from India, and they called right back and gave me the number to call...thought that was odd.

posing as the IRS.called my wife and said they were going to take her to jail and take your home and all furn. this kind of things need to be put to a stop.
