Keeps sending threatening text messages

Called twice and doesnt say anything, but I can hear there is someone there

This number rings in my home countless times each week.

They called to "help" me understand the warrant out for my arrest! They claimed the Treasury had notified me of pending action against me for bad tax reporting in 2012. She gave me a name and a "badge number". She claimed the written notice must have gotten lost in the mail, because they sent it via regular mail, since it didn't contain any private information. Watch out for this one! Names used: James Gaskin and Lisa Brown, but they both had accents, the phone connection was bad and there was way too much background noise.

The company identifies itself as the Internal Revenue Service. A search of the telephone number revealed a location in New Jersey (Trenton, Princeton, Hamilton or Atlantic City). when asked where their office is located, they stated they were located in DC at 111 Constitution Ave. I was given two names (Anthony Walker and Derek Brown) by those who answered the telephone. Both promptly hung up the phone when I identified myself as an agent for another federal agency.
