Keeps calling and is an automated message

I called because I got their number from Belkin Tech Support for resetting a Belkin Router. Well on the Belkin webpage this number is listed as support, and it's suppose to 24 hr/7 days a week. The person that answered the phone did not say it was Belkin tech support. He put me on hold for almost 15 minutes and the phone hung up. I called back and he said all the techs are gone and they are there from 8-6. He wanted to call me back the next day to reset my router. I told him never mind and that I will be at from 8-5 and a meeting at 6. Well low and behold he called me to reset the router and it was after 8. I told him I have a router through my Internet Provider. He wanted to know if the router was secure and he could help check to see if it was secure. I said never mind I didn't need him to do that for me because my provider would make sure it was secured. I believe this is a scam and Belkin needs to be aware of scammers using their site. I will not deal with Belkin ever again.

The numbers keep calling me at 7 times . I do not know who's this numbers .

sounds like Chinese hacked my computer after fixing it states they are Microsoft, but are not ,keeps calling

This company's name is Router Tech Support. IThey operate a scam for fixing computer routers. Perrson speaking is East indian,l. When aked to speak to a superrvisor they hung up. Their caller ID was always no caller id. Now it is a string of zeros. They call then immediately hang up. 34 calls since 10/29/'13

these people call allday, everyday, trying to get personal information. Avoid these calls, don't pick up unless you hear someone leaving a message. An honest caller will leave their name.
