I am getting constant calls, call received at 8am on Sunday, guy had accent, says Macy's bill was due on 1st, and is late. I refused to give any information, he said I didn't receive a bill because I get statements online. Hung up, tried to call Macy's at number on back of actual credit card after going through several rounds on phone tree, couldn't understand what version of English that person was speaking either. I don't know what to do at this point scamers have me paranoid.

Keeps calling me - no sound on message, very unnerving! I'm going to just go ahead and cancel my Macys card!!!

Yes. On a Sunday afternoon. Stated they were calling from Macy's.

I received two calls from this phone number today--one at around noon, and another at around 3:30 pm on my landline. No message was left on the answering machine, but the caller id showed the number was from "Macy's". It seemed shady to me since I hadn't bought anything from Macy's for the past few years, so I looked up the number on the caller id and it led me to this page. After reading some of the other comments regarding this phone number, I figure my hunch about it being shady was correct.

Tired of these people, they call too many times a day at odd hours. They are foreigners, pick up your phone & just listen.

Reprat calls throughout the day

It's not Macy's. They said my account is past due and I pay my bill in full every month. I am not sure how they are getting information because they had the last 4 digits of my account number. I blocked them and then they sent me a notice to my home. Always call the number on the back of your Macy's card or from your statement, if you're not sure if it's Macy's. I'm glad I didn't give them any information.

Calls everyday 3 times a day leaves no message when voicemail answers. Very annoying!!!!!

Calls 3 and 4 times a day and never leaves a message. It's a robot call because they don't get through...this number should be blocked. If it was a true Macy's call they would not reach me for a week that way.
