Said I had charges against me and I was gonna get sued I alled back and they never answer or they hang up

I have received this call on my cell and home phone with the message that there have been fraudulent charges against me on my ssn # and they will be serving papers to me at my job. They never identify who they are.

I am receiving multiple calls from this number. They do not identify who they are representing, but claim that I am under investigation for committing fraud.

No company name given and stated I was being charged with fraud x2

this number keeps calling my disabled son's cell phone and we keep telling them they have the wrong number and we even have his number on the do not call registry.

calling my place of business and leaving personal information on co-workers voice mail

harassing phone call indicating that I am being sued for fraud and must contact them immediately or I will be served with a warrant for my arrest at my place of employment

received a call from this # and a message stating "I'm contacting you from the process of the summons division. I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges against you filed in your county. Looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and social security number. I do want to make you aware of my legal rights to address your charges prior to them being filed against you. You will need to do so before you received your summons at your place or employment or at your home address. Once you are served your rights will be forfeited. Than it leaves me a case # and a telephone # informing me I need to speak with someone in their legal department. When I called back no one answered.. it ringed and ringed and than a messages stated the party you are trying to reach can not answer your call.

Calls claiming I am having charges brought against me and that a summons is being delivered to me in my state.... I live in Canada . Total scam !

I called the actual pay day loan company and asked them about this. They said it was a scam, that they do all of their own bill collecting. Not to give them any money. If the call does not com fromthe actual company it's a scam!

Called me and my sisters number both, was told that charges were filed and that I was to be arrested and that I needed to call and clear up this issue

Same as a previous complaint I've read. Someone stating there was fraud against my social security number and there were charges against me. Provided case #, but didn't identify who was calling or on whose behalf.

I received a call from an automated system claiming I had 2 charges against me for fraudulent activity associated to me and my social security number and would be served at either my home or office. I was told if I had questions to return a call to this number with a case number and ask for the legal department. When I called no one answered and I was asked to leave a message.

Pestering all our numbers

Called me on my cell phone and a recording said that I had 2 fraud charges - summons against me. Gave me a case number and said that I had to call this number to resolve the problem. The were from a legal department. I called them to see what was going on and you cannot get in touch with a person.

I had someone from this number call me stating fraud charges against me under my social security number. I was going to get a summons at my place of work or home.
