Calling for some girl that I don't even know and I've constantly told them that my name is not Jennifer take me off your list and they call at 7:00 in the morning Sundays Mondays Friday nights you name it they call all hours of the day and night no matter what they'll call on a Sunday morning at 7:00

Demanding and pushy. Demands personal information. Work phone numbers and name of employer and personal information from the person who answers the phone. This company has been calling my Cell, home and office phones.

Did not answer. Unknown number.

SCAMMER CALL AND LETTER

Got a call from a lady saying her name was Samantha Pérez. She said I owe a debt of $800 & if I didn't pay it right away, that there will be a lawsuit against me! She said it was from the yr. 2013! I told her I never got anything in mail saying I owed this! Didn't even give me company name I owed loan to!

They keep calling and threatening me with a lawsuit and arrest!

Called claiming my mother was in trouble with a couple urgent issues, and that they were going to seek legal action, even at her place of employment if they did not get hold of her immediately. They wanted to have me call them on her behalf to avoid action. They did not state who they were, or what the issue was. Only that records show that I (actually my wife's phone #) was closely associated with MY mother. Ridiculous.

We received a call from "Dave" at Top Vision Marketing demanding immediate payment on a non-existent invoice. He wanted immediate payment and couldn't give us a company address or telephone number
