Robo call saying a charge would be added to our account. The caller did not identify the company it was calling from

They called my wife about some debt threatening to take her to court. I asked to be on the line, and asked questions pertaining to the account. They said they did not have that available to them. Told them when they send me info pertaining to the account we will gladly pay them. Conversation ended there.

Professional Risk Company that I need to turn myself in to the police or I well be pick up .

Calling about some debt for my husbands ex-wife. They threaten legal action. I told her to stop calling or I will be forced to call my attorney.

They say I owe money for a payday loan from back in 2009

Claimed to be a legal service wanting to offer remediation for a 6-year-old debt that my wife and I paid off long ago. I said, this can't be a legit claim because no lender waits 5+ years to see if the borrow will finish paying a loan. I told them to send me paperwork showing the original signatures on the loan documents and a payoff statement showing how much was paid each month and how it was paid. They said they didn't have that paperwork available to them. I said to get it and submit it to me or else I wouldn't even consider talking to them. Then, I hang up.

Caller tells me I am being sued for a loan I never obtained. Has very old information about me, where I lived, worked and banked 10 years ago. Caller is using my maiden name. Caller even placed a call to my ex-husband trying to locate me.

The company said I was facing legal action.
