1st call - Woman (Indonesian accent) claiming to work for Microsoft and my computer is infected. 2nd time computer called claiming my computer has been hacked and is being used for criminal activity, and that I need to call them at this number.

Wants to get on my computer

Call REPEATEDLY warning of a flag generated from the security software that was installed on my computer last year. Typically they will then charge a fee to remove the alleged infection. One such call changed the logon password and then hung up when the user refused to pay the ransom, I mean the "service fee".

keep getting calls from this number claiming to be mircosoft windows security and that they are getting a red flag on their system, they are asking for access to my computer. When I ask for a service request number and inform them they need to contact Dell they hang up. Now they are using a computer message service and wanting me to call them back

trying to talk about security system

weeks and weeks they call back sometimes 2 to 3 times a day???

scam: female caller stating that her company had installed an anti virus program on my computer last year and they were receiving reports from that I have a virus on my computer. No such event occured. when you call back 844-248-6949 it rings busy all the time?

They were extremely rude and pushy.

Telemarketers should be outlawed. They are either pushy or don't say anything at all.
