I had a call from Comcast, as I have an appointment tomorrow,
I thought this was a confirmation. The call was lost, so I return
called this number. The individual said he had fixed my issue and
I no longer needed the appointment. I confirmed the issue still exists
and told them the appointment tomorrow with handle it.
The person was insistent that I go over it all again with him and
recheck my computer, and continued to attempt to cancel my
appointment, and deflect my wish to continue with the appointment
Clearly they lied and work by manipulation in order to make his quota
to cancel upcoming appointments which are likely overwhelmed due
to volume and COVID.
I called customer service to complain, and escalate,
however all they were able to do was make a note in my
account, and confirm that a call had been made.
