IRS scammer-same story, threatening with lien and collection, was a robocall. Had a guy call 7/13/2015 from the "IRS" same deal, arrest jail, etc. Said name was Howard Smith badge 629311, definitely Indian or Pakistani and using VOIP. Had a long chat with him. Suggested if they were going to run a scam needed to have a good landline and someone who spoke real English. Not writing this from jail, yet. # he gave me was 844-854-5518-couldn't trace. Scumbag!!
