The caller continue to call even after I told him i knew it was a scam. I've hung up and even called the number back he gave me for customer service guest who answered the phone. The same one that called me and gave me the number. After I hung up he called me back to ask why I had called. He said his name was Cooper.

Do not trust this company because they will try to get more money from you. They tried to charge me a second time only I refused to pay them any more money so they proceeded to delete things from my desktop computer and now I cannot get into it.

I have been receiving calls from a man with a strong foreign accent claiming to be from windows technical support; he never mentioned Microsoft. He was very insistent that I allow him to log onto my computer to find some malware/ viruses. I started getting these calls about a year ago and I'd like them to stop. In the meantime I will continue to ignore them as I have Norton system protection on my computer .

I received a call from a man whom I could barely understand. He said something about my computer, malwares, and Windows. When I said I did not underdtand him nor the reason for the call, he told me to hold on for his supervisor Luke Harper. "Luke" got on the line, but he was not much easier to understand than the first man. He wanted me in front of my computer and on line immediately so that he coukd show me infected files and have me delete them. I refused because of suspicion as well as physical limitations. I told him my husband would have to deal with the problem. When I told him the times my husband would be available, he gave me this nunber to call:1-844-615-7281. The man was very insistent that my husband ask specifically for "Luke Haroer." A reverse look up of the number yielded no results. I then used the nunber from our telephone caller ID and that gave me the telemarketer listing. Clearly that's what these guys are. Because I asked so many qyestions and was rude, I doubt anyone will call back. If so, i am now prepared. For sure my husband will not be calling "Luke"! What a scam!

Get this call every week. Will not stop.

I have been receiving calls from these people for a long time and I want them to stop. It is something about Windows/Microsoft. I can hardly understand the man but I did get him to give me a name this morning and it is Ryan. I did call that number back and someone picked up but I could not understand what he was saying. I don't even know if it was a real person or a recording. I hope that you can put a stop to this .
