SAID THEY WERE MY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER GROUP AND I OWED $33.42. MADE SENSE SINCE I HAD JUST HAD A SERIES OF APPOINTMENTS. I SAID I WOULD WAIT FOR A STATEMENT AND PAY IT THEN. SHE SAID THEY SENT ONE 2 WEEKS AGO. I ASKED FROM WHERE AND SHE SAID MY STATE. I HAVE AN OUT OF STATE AREA CODE SO SOUNDED LEGIT. ANYWAY, THEY GOT MY DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER... wanted to collect on outstanding bill I could not recognize. caller could not discribe
to me about what charges it involved. Did not sound professional or knowledge
