Threatened legal action for unknown obligation when none exist

Stop calling my company

The robo call keeps telling me I need to call back or have my lawyer call! Wth

A person from this number called and left two voice mails that were theatening and referencing a lawsuit. My son heard the message and was scared! I tried to call the number back multiple tea and no one answered. It obviously was not a legitimate call. I am looking into how to report this to legal authorities.

I have received several calls from this company on my cell and home land line that i owe money and I'll be sued and or arrested. The bad thing is my child and I were checking our messages and she heard the threat from this company now she's thinking her mom will be arrested

This is the second time we have received a call from this number, stating that we are going to be sued if we don't respond. We have looked up this number and see that it has been flagged.

harassment for money

keeping getting phone calls that we OWE money--they will not send mail nor any type of proof of what we owe nor to whom--threats that we are going to jail or issue a warrent for our arrest

I have repeatedly been called by this company claiming they are searching for Candy Lawson and saying that they must be contacted immediately or legal proceedings will be initiated. I have called them 3 times to explain they have the wrong number and to stop contacting me. I'm now taping my calls to them. They actually repeat my name (I'm a male...not Candy). So they know who I am.

Called legal complaint for check fraud???? Only notice I will receive. Left message three times today on home and cell phones!!
