You get a call, answer and then have to wait while they switch you to another line.
the person on the other end uses a heavy accent, maybe Spanish. They say
they are from Humana but then want personal information from you. I do
not think this is Humana calling, I think this is fishing for personal info which
luckily they did not get. They do not even know your name yet they
are calling you!!Comment
they said they were from Humana ask my zip code and what year I was born.
they wanted my doctors name but I told them they should know who it was
as it was listed on my Insurance card. Told me I needed to get a bone density
test as well as a mammogram and at my age I should get one every 3 years,
told her i get one every year. Comment

This company called multiple times and left a message about my student loan. At 77 years old, I have no student loans.
