Threatens arrests for unknown debt, caller says he will show up a my work place & have personal supervisor & security present. I I'm not available he will have warrant served for my arrest.

Threatens law suit on fake debts and extremely old uncollectible Statute Of Limitation debts that don't show on any credit reports. Ignore! Talked to someone named Blake. Told him to file it in court! He hung up. I called back and asked for an address and they gave me only a PO Box in Albany New York. I asked for a fax number and she had to ask someone for permission to give it to me. They gave me this as a fax number. 585-286-3960

Same as others, " Charles Clay...being served ..." etc. called him back, no answer

Calls home. Threatens that I'd be arrested if I did not allow them to serve me at home. Said his name was Charles Clay. Need two forms of id. If I wasn't home or at job then it would be counted as failure to appear in court. This was left on our answering machine. When I tried to call this number back it rang and rang. Finally it went to voicemail. It did not identify the caller it just said 'leave a message at the beep and push pound when finished."

called the the same scenario as many others i've found when i googled the above number. Person named Charles Clay said he was serving me papers and i needed 2 forms of id and if i wasn't there or at my job (i'm unemployed) then it would be counted as "failure to appear"

Someone called me from this number today. I said hello twice and got no response, so I hung up.

This man threatened that I'd be arrested if I did not allow them to serve me at my home. If he had to come to my place of employment, he must have my immediate supervisor and Security present when he served me with court papers within 24 hour. If he does not see me within 24 hours he'd make sure that I would be found deliquent at court. Courts normally do not threaten and the summons server usually is much kinder, leaves contact card. Especially when people may work out of town or in this case on Spring Break for over a week.

Calls homes, threaten persons and will not give out information. Assume bill collection agency trying to use scare tactics.
