harrassing calls at work and on my cell phone

This place harasses me daily. They do not speak when I answer and never leave a voicemail. I cringe every time my phone rings because of their stalking me.

could not locate zone where the area code was from

This man Named Craig Peterson Calls me and threatens to take me to court and serve me with a summons, I have no idea who he is and what this is about.....

I keep getting repeated calls from a PRIVATE number but then on the message they leave this number and tell me to call Morgan Sanders. This is totally fake and do not respond to them!!!!! They want your money and if you were in legal trouble, you would NOT get "served" in this manner. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM!

Private number on caller id, caller states that paperwork was sent to their office to be delivered by a certain date due to a court date pending. They said they were hired by a collection agency for Firstpoint pay day loan regarding a loan I took out in 2006. Referred to this phone # to settle the debt to avoid the court hearing. I called the # and ask that the verify their company as I would not release my financial information until I had something in writing. I never recieved anything verifing this company. Second call. Stated she had to deliver these papers today and she would meet me at my house at a certain time and that she would have a county badge upon delivery. I checked with my local authority who stated it is a scam, a scare tactic to get your money. Needless to say she never showed up.
