Called my cell phone and said I was a reference to please call back. I did call and the business or whatever it is did not identify who they were. Red flag for me!

This is GDC they collect for college loans but even when you clearly indicate they are calling the wrong person.. such as I have never been to college.. they continue to harass and call. How can I do a formal Federal Complaint against this company?

Constantly calling...about "business" ...have no dealings with any such company. They Break the law by continuing to call after being told they have wrong party and on Sunday. It is extremely risky to talk to any such callers who are , basically, lawbreakers.
