A man left a vm saying he is from Comcast and there is an urgent security issue with my internet. Left a like claim number and said to urgently call this number. Xfinity took it over a while ago so not sure what to think.

Having problems with down Comcast lines. Called and after close to an hour on line I was given the above to call. Spoke with a women and it seemed liget until the end when she advised to call 911. What is this # and how did it end up on a help line for Comcast

Someone called claiming to be from Comcast saying that the HOA sent out an offensive email - and threatened to cancel the account - who is this?

Someone called from this number and left a message that they were from Xfinity and I should return their phone call to avoid problems with my service. I did not call.
