a person who said he was Attorney Craig Lombardo called my niece in Melbourne, FL and said he was going to the state's attorneys office and have her thrown in jail if she did not get $742.02 in the next hour, she would go to jail. He also said he was calling form Melbourne, FL. and he would take a credit card. My niece called me, I called him, didn't like his attitude or answers and I checked with the FL bar Assoc and they never heard of him. He called me back and denied saying he was in FL and that his law firm, Kaplan or Caplan and Assoc was located in Denton, TX. I did a reverse look up and found this.
