This person is running a rental scam on Zillow. They are trying to get legit applications and processes so they can impersonate owners trying to rent houses and scam unsuspecting renters. Here is the problem for landlords: If the scammers lease to some unsuspecting renter, that renter can legally stay in your house until you go through the entire eviction process/ And never pay you a dime. BEWARE!

Just received email through Zillow. I was sent email from "Cathy" asking for a copy of my lease application. I plan to contact Zillow to inform them of this spam.

Listed a house for lease. Also Received a response from Cathy requesting lease application with this phone number
