Does Donald Trump Know How To Shake Hands? An Investigation
Huffington Post - 17 days
The internet is on fire talking about a handshake. Specifically, a handshake between U.S. President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe. It’s a weird handshake that goes on far too long even for Abe’s liking. Seriously.  Which begs the question: Does Donald Trump know how to shake hands with a fellow human being? We decided to take a deep dive in and find out. What we found is that the president has a tendency to pull powerful men toward him in a way that jerks them forward. It’s, uh, kind of strange. Don’t believe us? Here’s some proof.  Here he is doing it with former CNBC talk show host Donny Deutsch. And here he is doing it with former “Apprentice” winner Bill Rancic. Notice he won’t let Rancic win. Here, in a handshake with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, the forcefulness of both men leads to an awkward game of tug of war. Even Vice President Mike Pence is not immune to the Trump tug.  Nor is a very sad-looking Neil Gorsuch, Trump’s ...

Celebrities Coming Out of the Infertility Closet
Huffington Post - 2 months
When I was going through fertility treatment, "E! News" anchor Giuliana Rancic and the first "Apprentice" winner, Bill Rancic, had a reality show called, Giuliana And Bill. On it, they shared their experience with In Vitro Fertilization, miscarriage and the emotional rollercoaster one in six go through to conceive. At the time, I didn't watch the show as I felt I was already living it but I had great respect for their openness. The show shined a light on infertility issues but on a personal level, it helped my mother gain insight into my life so she could better support me. Lately, there seems to be a growing amount of celebrities that are sharing their path (or rocky road depending) on trying to have a baby. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have recently opened up about their experience with IVF and the use of pre-genetic screening (PGS) to have their daughter, Luna. John Legend was quoted as saying, "People shouldn't be ashamed of their fertility struggles" and I think so many who ha ...

At 13-months-old, Giuliana and Bill Rancic's son Edward Duke is already turning into a little heartbreaker! His current crush isn't another baby at his Kidville music class: It's Giuliana's assistant, Sarah. "He's a flirt! If you're a blonde, pretty girl, forget it!" I can see it already! He has such a big personality now." Along with wooing the ladies, little Duke is also talking -- er, babbling -- up a storm! "He talks all the time. You can't really understand it, but he says ma-ma-ma-ma all the time. And ba-ba-ba-ba, I think because in Italian 'dad' is 'babbo' instead of 'dada,'" the pro ...

Giuliana, Bill Rancic Share The Secret To Their Reality TV Marriage (VIDEO)
The Huffington Post - over 3 years
Reality TV marriages aren't exactly known for their staying power. But "E! News" host Giuliana Rancic and inaugural "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic -- who star together on the Style Network reality show "Giuliana and Bill" -- have somehow beaten the odds. On Tuesday's episode of "Good Morning America” , correspondent Bianna Golodryga sat down with the couple to talk about the secret to their successful (but challenging) six-year marriage. “I think the difference between us and a lot of these other couples is, from the beginning our foundation was very strong,” Giuliana said. “And as the seasons pass, it’s actually easier to do the show. Like, we get it. We get that there’s cameras around.” Read More... More on Giuliana Rancic

Fox Business News - over 3 years
Attention budget-strapped business owners: here's your chance to play in the advertising big leagues -- nestled between Budweiser's iconic Clydesdales and E-Trade's talking baby on Super Bowl Sunday -- for free. Intuit's Small Business Big Game contest is offering SMBs across the country a chance to win one 30-second Super Bowl commercial, to be produced by the Los Angeles advertising agency RPA. Last year, it was estimated that a 30-second Super Bowl commercial cost about $4 million, according to Forbes. Intuit (maker of accounting tool QuickBooks) is partnering with entrepreneur, television star and season-one Apprentice winner Bill Rancic, who will help coach the small-business contestants. "There are 29 million small-business owners in the United States," says Bill, "which is the largest sector of employers." Rancic says he hopes the publicity surrounding the competition will spur consumers to think twice when shopping, leading them to turn to local mom-and-pops to "sup ...
