Billie Jean Jones
Billie Jean Jones was the second wife of influential country singer Hank Williams. They married in 1952; each had a previous marriage that ended in divorce. After his death from heart failure on New Year's Day 1953, she married popular country singer Johnny Horton and was important in promoting his career. Horton died in an automobile accident in 1964, widowing her a second time.
