Chris Pratt

Pratt portrays the dimwitted yet lovable Andy Dwyer in NBC's Parks & Recreation. The character Andy Dwyer is married to the character April Ludgate performed by Aubrey Plaza. Andy is an aspiring musician and the lead-singer of the band Mouserat. He worked during the day as a shoe-shiner in City Hall, and was then hired to be Assistant Parks Director Leslie Knope's assistant. He also has an imaginary alter ego he calls "Bert Macklin," who is employed by the FBI and the Secret Service.

Pratt portrayed Scott Hatteberg in the movie Moneyball, which also starred Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill, and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Hatteberg is the focus of Oakland A's General Manager Billy Beane's "Moneyball" strategy. A former catcher with an injured throwing arm, likely to be retired from baseball, Hatteberg receives a contract to play with the Oakland Athletics due to his undervalued assets such as his ability to draw walks. Since Hatteberg no longer throws well enough to play catcher and the A's lost All-Star first baseman Jason Giambi to free agency, Beane instructs Oakland's coaching staff to convert Hatteberg to first base. Hatteberg would later hit the "walk-off" home-run in the bottom of the ninth inning of the Athletics' historic 20-game win streak, in which the team had blown an 11-0 lead going into the bottom of the 9th.
