Bill O’Reilly Angers Montauk Neighbors, Tears Down Historic Cottages
Radar Online - about 3 years
Bill O’Reilly is known for stirring up emotions on his Fox News TV show and he’s doing the same with his latest real estate venture. After purchasing a spectacular oceanfront property for $7.6 million, he promptly tore down the two historic buildings on the land at the tip of New York State’s Long Island in the area known as The Hamptons. “Tear-downs have been commonplace over the last few decades, often to the annoyance of near neighbors, but sometimes – when the building was of historic or sentimental interest, or a neighborhood landmark – they provoke deeper emotions, real sadness or anger, from the community at large. This was one of those times,” The East Hampton Star columnist Helen Rattray wrote. Comedian Chris Kattan Lists $2 Million Hollywood Foothills Home “At this point, it was so unique, I can’t even remember the last time something like it was torn down,” Theresa Eurell, a life-long resident and broker at Town & Country Real Estate who had the listing on the 1. ...

'SNL' Scorecard: Edward Norton Didn't Let Miley Cyrus Ruin His Show
Huffington Post - over 3 years
Edward Norton becomes the second "Moonrise Kingdom" cast member in a row who is not actively promoting anything to host "Saturday Night Live." (Which, yes, was not lost on "SNL," considering their brilliant Wes Anderson short.) And, hey, look at Norton up there: Charming his way through "SNL." Norton, infamously, has a reputation of being, let's say, intense. Certainly a perfectionist, but last night, he went with the flow and the cast responded. Norton hosted what is, at this stage in the game, the best "SNL" of the season. Of course, we're only four shows into what has been a bit of a rocky start, but this new cast does show improvement every week (yes, even with Miley Cyrus showing up for absolutely no reason whatsoever). Join me, if you will, as we venture into a mildly optimistic Scorecard... Sketch of the Night "New Horror Trailer" (Edward Norton, Noel Wells, Jay Pharoah, Nasim Pedrad, Kate McKinnon, John Milhiser, Ensemble) I don't know what to add to this other than, as ...

No, This Is Not Chris Kattan
Popeater - almost 4 years
Everyone knows that the best conversations happen in the ladies' bathroom. So that's exactly where we shot our first web series, Stallin' with Dave Hill. For our fourth episode, Dave interviewed his good friend and fellow comedian Nick Kroll, star of his own new show on Comedy Central, "Kroll Show." After settling into our office bathroom set and thoroughly examining our DIY coffee mugs, Dave and Nick discuss the finer points of Nick's career, including being mistaken for Chris Kattan by Padma Lakshmi on Twitter. Kroll also talks about his recent trip to South America and shares a particularly dark vacation story (that for legal reasons we're going to say is not true), all before being hunted down by the "Good Television Police" outside our office. Don't worry, though. He got away. Watch the episode above and tune into "Kroll Show" on Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m. on Comedy Central. Want more Stallin' ? Be sure to check out episode one with John Hodgman, episode two with N ...

WATCH: Bane DID Cause The Super Bowl Blackout After All
Huffington Post - about 4 years
When the power went out at the Superdome, many on Twitter echoed a similar joke: Bane did it. The bizarre blackout definitely reminded many audience members of the "Dark Knight Rises" villain's big terrorism stunt, almost too eerily. Funny or Die wasted no time in dramatizing Bane (played here by Chris Kattan, who is basically the same thing as Tom Hardy), being behind the blackout. One thing he didn't rely on, though? His microphone was controlled by the same power circuit he had just shut down. Oops.
