Chu Mei-feng
Chu Mei-feng is a Taiwanese TV journalist, former Taipei City councillor and the former director of Hsinchu City's Bureau of Cultural Affairs. Chu left office in 2001 due to fallout from a video released by a Taiwanese tabloid showing her having sex with her married lover. In 2002, Chu started a career ahgfs a singer. She later returned to Taiwan. As of 2007, she hosts TV news for Macau Asia Satellite Television.

議會拉布拖延法案 群眾抗議聲音不絕 左仁, 社會主義行動 反對網路廿三條 議會鬥爭稍勝一仗 梁振英尚未上台,政府已經準備強推一連串打擊民主的法案。最近,政府就《版權條例修訂》在零咨詢的情況下務求倉卒通過立法,對互聯網侵權行動進行規管。法例以任何電子通訊設備在網上發放侵權作品,由以往的民事檢控改為刑事檢控。議案原定於五月九日在立法會進行二讀辯論,然而激進民主派人民力量議員向立法會提交過千條修訂議案,令立法會要準備押後議案表決三至四個星期。 此外,人民力量正就替補機制法案(立法會議員辭職半年內不得參與補選)進行拉布戰術,不斷提出修訂動議拖延表決,而泛民主派議員則故意缺席議會,令建制派議會不得不大多數出席,否則議會出席人數低過一半就會造成流會,會拖延更多時間。議會戰術小勝一仗,「網路廿三條」法案表決甚至有可能推遲至下屆梁振英政府才處理。 打擊侵權還是民主? 時間的拖延換取抗爭的空間,年青網民、藝術工作者與政府間出現一場角力,抗議政府扼殺網上言論空間。反對者因為政府及建制派政黨拒絕豁免二次創作,恐懼政府藉版權條例檢控網上分享,尤其二次創作圖片容易成為攻擊對象,對網民以至藝術工作者都有杯弓蛇影之效應,在網上發表創作品前不得不先自我審查一番。正如香港的公安條例本是殖民地政府留下的惡法,用於檢控有組織的三合會犯罪行為,現今卻往往被扭曲用來檢控示威者。去年被公安條例檢控的示威人數更是1967年暴動以來最高的數字。 再者,政府接二連三打擊香港民主權利,例如強推替補機制方案剝奪補選權利,而有傳梁振英與中央政府談判後承諾,上台後會履行四大政治任務,當中包括通過國安廿三條立法以及打擊香港電台言論自由。主流媒體和大氣電波日漸被中央政府和財團收編,自我審查日趨嚴重。「無國界記者」早前公布全球新聞自由指數排名,香港急跌二十位至第五十四位。以上種種令民眾畏懼網路廿三條成為打擊言論自由的政治工具。網路空間是相對自由的媒介,需要民眾都站出來捍衛最基本的民主權利。 近年網上論壇及社交網站流行分享二次創作圖片,即在利用現有創作品(例如歌詞、電影海報或商業廣告)進行惡搞和戲仿,以嘻笑怒罵的手段針對高官富商和諷刺時弊。例如將曾蔭權照片移花接木至清朝貪官和坤的官服上,諷刺特首最近下塌巴西一間酒店的總統套房酒店花費53,000港元,生活奢華腐敗;又有梁振英抱著唐年英的黑白出殯照片,暗諷小 ...
