European stars to perform for Chechnya's leader
Fox News - over 4 years
European dance stars from the past decade are planning to perform at the birthday party of Chechnya's controversial leader. Kremlin-backed Ramzan Kadyrov, who turned 36 on Friday, is a warlord's son who has been accused of grave rights abuses. Rights organizations criticized international stars for performing at Kadyrov's birthday last year. Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank apologized for taking part in the gig. The line-up for Friday's show includes former U.K. dance star Craig David as well as one-hit wonders Steve Edwards and Ingrid. Respected human rights groups have documented disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Chechnya. A string of the Chechen leader's critics and political rivals have been brutally murdered in recent years. Kadyrov has denied involvement in any of the killings.

'Todd And The Book Of Pure Evil' Cancelled
Moviefone Blog - almost 5 years
Sadly, "Evil" shall not prevail. Canadian TV channel Space has confirmed that it won't be renewing cult hit "Todd and the Book of Pure Evil" for a third season. The news comes as quite a shock, given the show's accolades from critics and fans alike. It was recently picked up in foreign markets like Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany, where fans were heard crying out "ingen!""nei!"and "kien!" upon hearing that their new favourite show won't be back. The show's creator, Craig David Wallace, revealed the news last night at the Writers Guild of Canada Screenwriting Awards, where, ironically, he was being honoured for his work on "Todd." In a state of disbelief, we reached out to a Space rep who confirmed that yes, it is indeed true. Nooooo! Great writing, a plethora of zany shenanigans and an awesome cast (including Alex House, Chris Leavins and Jason Mewes) all helped the show attract a legion of devoted fans. In this time of loss, sharing memories can help. Our favourite "To ...

Craig David leaves little to the imagination as he works up a sweat in Miami…
Mr Paparazzi - about 5 years
Christ on a bike, check out Craig David’s bulging muscles!!! We know he’s been ridiculously ripped for a quite while now and it should come as no real surprise, but WOW! The 30-year-old singer had just completed a rather gruelling workout with his personal trainer, which included lots of running and stretching with some weird elastic band things (clearly we need to get down the gym because we’ve never seen them before) on Miami Beach when we caught up with him over the weekend. Wow, seriously, we can’t stop staring.

More Details Hide Details Inside it was absolutely pissing me off and hurtful beyond belief. There were times when I thought I just want to knock this guy out". Although he made an appearance himself on the programme (as the pseudo-fictional "Craig Davis"), he regretted it even as he was making it: "I didn't want people to think, 'Craig's reacting to it', because then they would think, 'how can we get up Craig's nose even more?' So I did it, but I wasn't happy about it". In 2010, he further commented on his bitterness towards Francis' impersonations of him: "What upset me was that it made people ridicule 'Rewind'. It should make people think about the garage scene, not some guy with a stupid rubber mask. I've got nothing to say to Leigh. He's not picking up awards or anything is he?" However, he has also denied that his career had been ruined as a result of the show, and has said that he was satisfied with his musical output over the years.

The album was leaked onto the internet prior to its official release but David was not too bothered as he feels it "spreads the word".
