Fired news anchor AJ Clemente seems to be loving his sudden 15 minutes of fame as he makes the talk show rounds on April 24, 2013 in New York City, New York. After appearing on "Today," MSNBC's "Morning Joe," and "Live With Kelly and Michael," AJ ended his promotional day with a visit to "Late Night With David Letterman." On the show, Dave suggested Bismarck's KFYR should apologize and hire AJ back. The controversial moment happened at the very beginning of AJ's first day of anchoring KFYR-TV's 6pm newscast last Sunday. As the station announcer introduced the show, AJ pulled a classic Ron Burgundy, and was heard whispering "Fucking shit" into his microphone. Clemente claims that the newscast started early and he was never given any warning that they were live on the air. He was immediately suspended and then fired for that f-bomb.
