Though Faustino wasn’t quite as outgoing as his character, he and the other stars often seemed as close as a real family, and, as Faustino tells “Oprah: Where Are They Now?”, it was the camaraderie and talent on set that made “Married... With Children” a work experience they always wanted to continue. “It was such a well-oile ...

"Bachelors" Is a Profanity Laden RomCom
Huffington Post - 6 months
Movie Review - Jackie K Cooper "Bachelors" (Freestyle) Every week there are movies released which go directly to video on demand (VOD), to DVD release or some other outlet rather than actual movie theaters. Such a film is "Bachelors", a movie being released on VOD and DVD. If you like movies that are romantic comedies you might want to look this one up. Just as long as you realize this one is unrated and has a long barrage of profanities that starts at the beginning of the movie and does not let up until the movie is over. Colin Egglesfield and Drew Fuller are the main stars of this film. Both of these men are fringe actors. Their careers have hovered around stardom but the big break and/or star making role have evaded them. Egglesfield came close with the movie "Something Borrowed" and Fuller almost made it with his role in the TV series "Army Wives". Close, but no cigar! In "Bachelors" they play two men who have been best friends since grammar school. They ha ...

'Modern Family': David Faustino Guests, No Scenes With Ed O'Neill
Huffington Post - almost 4 years
It was the "Married ... With Children" reunion that wasn't on "Modern Family" as Bud Bundy appeared on the same show as his TV father, Al Bundy, but neither of them shared any screen time. Instead, David Faustino played an old college classmate of Claire's nicknamed "Tater." Phil mistakenly took Tater as the one person to have ever break up with Claire -- making Phil her rebound guy -- when it was really the dashing professor at the party. Jay was too busy being a better parent to Manny than Ed O'Neill had ever been to Kelly and Bud on "Married." Stil, it would have been nice to see them share at least one scene. Maybe now that Faustino's Tater is in the show's world, he can run into Claire again, and this time she could be with her father. Even without the "Married" reunion, Screencrush enjoyed all the cameo appearances in this week's episode. TV Equals was less impressed, using words like "flimsy" and "floppy" to describe the juggling plotlines of the week, but overall ...

Mike Ryan: Chitauri Warrior Talks 'Iron Man 3'
Huffington Post - over 4 years
Earlier this week, the much-anticipated trailer for Iron Man 3 debuted. Unfortunately, our requests to discuss the trailer with the star Robert Downey Jr. were denied. (This is a lie, we never asked.) But, the good news is that we may have the next best thing: our old friend The Chitauri Warrior from The Avengers. So, let's find out what he's been doing since our last visit and maybe just get a scoop or two about Iron Man 3. (Also, you're welcome, nobody.) Thanks for joining me, Chitauri Warrior. You're welcome. And, please, call me Steven. I thought you went by Steve. My agent felt that Steven the Chitauri Warrior sounded classier than Steve the Chitauri Warrior. Also, apparently there's already a "Steve the Chitauri Warrior" in SAG. So, Steven, what did you think of the Iron Man 3 trailer? I think there's a misunderstanding, I was not under the impression we'd be talking about Iron Man 3. But that's why we wanted to talk to you today. You know, we were ...

Fox to re-air 'Married ... With Children's' pilot episode
LATimes - almost 5 years
It's been 25 years since Bud Bundy crawled up behind his sister, Kelly, and pretended to slit her throat in the first episode of Fox's first hit sitcom, "Married... With Children." Back then, Fox was the just-launched fourth-place network. Today it's the top-rated network, but it's feeling nostalgic for its low-rent early days. On Sunday, it is airing "Fox's 25th Anniversary Special," reuniting the casts of many of its past hits, including "Married ... With Children." To kick off the evening, the network is re-airing the "Married ... With Children" pilot. In the first episode, which aired on April 5, 1987, Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) wasn't as pathetic as he eventually became, Peg Bundy's (Katey Sagal) hair wasn't as big and Kelly Bundy (Christina Applegate) still had a couple of brain cells left. The series ranked 142nd in the ratings during its first season. It eventually climbed into the top 50 shows on TV before ending its run on June 9, 1997. It aired 259 episodes over 11 season ...
