David Sills
David G. Sills has served as the presiding justice for the California Court of Appeal for the Fourth Appellate District, Division Three. He is a former mayor of Irvine, California. He was married to Maureen Reagan, the daughter of US President Ronald Reagan, between 1964 and 1968. Member of the Republican State Central Committee of California 1966-1968 and Chairman of the Republican Associates of Orange County 1968-1969.
