Whole lotta Zeppelin
The Gazette - over 4 years
The film of legendary rock band Led Zeppelin’s first live show in 27 years is being screened at Cleveleys Vue Cinema on October 17 as part of the one day only worldwide cinema release of the film of Celebration Day. The film is the closest thing to seeing the band actually play live and because the likelihood of getting to see the band play live again is very slim, it’s a once in a lifetime event for any Led Zeppelin fan – and Duke’s Diary has five pairs of tickets to give away for the screening. On December 10, 2007, Led Zeppelin took the stage at London’s O2 Arena to headline a tribute concert for friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. Founding members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant were joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, to perform 16 songs from their celebrated catalogue including landmark tracks Whole Lotta Love, Rock And Roll, Kashmir and Stairway To Heaven. Although 20 million people applied for tickets, the band’s f ...

Onscreen, the 1970s hard rock heroes — joined by Jason Bonham, son of original drummer John Bonham — look relaxed and sound confident as they power through hits including "Kashmir," ''Dazed and Confused," ''Whole Lotta Love" and — of course — "Stairway to Heaven ...
