Hollywood stars Chris Pine and Keira Knightley shoot scenes for the upcoming Jack Ryan movie on location in Liverpool. Two sets have been built in Liverpool City Centre, including one recreating a Russian city and the other mimicking New York. Jack Ryan, played by Chris Pine, rescues his girlfriend Cathy, played by Keira Knightley, from a black Land Rover amongst shady spy characters. Pine was seen leaping out of a Mercedes SUV and opening the door to the Land Rover, before dragging Knightley out of the car as his partner shoots at the other driver with a handgun. His partner then grabs Knightley and bundles her into their Mercedes SUV before they speed off. As they drive off, Pine and Knightley can be seen in the back of the car having an emotional reunion after her kidnap ordeal.
