But Canada Goose said it is, at most, seeking to sell a minority. “We’re certainly exploring options to introduce additional equity into the company,” Canada Goose Chief Executive Dani Reiss told Reuters on Monday. He insisted that the family-owned company is not for sale, but said it would consider bringing on a “value-added minority partner”. The Palm Beach Post - almost 5 years
Pitbull performs on the Bank Of America Stage. (Thomas Cordy / Palm Beach Post) The temperature may have hovered in the mid-80s, with the sun blazing down and the heat seemingly rising in waves. But Pitbull came out onto the Bank of America Stage wearing all black, including a blazer — in many cases, a poor choice color for someone trying to stay cool. Clearly, though, Pitbull has his own inner cool. The Miami-born Cuban-American rapper/dance-pop impresario was the unmissable highlight of the final day of SunFest 2012. Photos: Pitbull at SunFest | Review: Matisyahu looks different but delivers | More SunFest coverage “Mr. 305” weaved through several genres — hip-hop, Brazilian samba, Latin rap, even a little electro — seamlessly, and had one of the festival’s biggest crowds moving for a solid 90 minutes. And it was a wide-ranging crowd — Pitbull is a huge presence not only on the pop charts, but also the gym, where his high-energy beats are a mainstay for Zumba and sp ...

Foreigner’s Gimbel loving this tour — even without the group’s main man
The Palm Beach Post - almost 5 years
Tom Gimbel blasts out some sax during Foreigner's show at Fort Pierce's Sunrise Theatre in February. (Howie Grapek / GPO) Foreigner fans, Tom Gimbel understands. Gimbel, the band’s multi-instrumentalist, says it is odd to be in the group Foreigner without its main man, guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones, who is recovering from surgery and not performing with the band at SunFest on Sunday night. “It’s very bizarre to play without Mick, and he feels the same,” Gimbel said in a telephone interview. “If you can imagine your whole life playing shows, going back to your childhood, Mick has been on the road for all of his adult life. He really misses it.” That’s especially true of this tour, which has already made its way through South Florida mere months ago. Gimbel — whose versatility is on display nightly as he goes from rhythm guitar to sax to keyboards — said the group is really enjoying being on the road. “It’s more fun than you can imagine, and people see that,” he said. “ ...

The Wichita Eagle - almost 5 years
