Kate Middleton Says the Baby Is Kicking, Recycles Hobbs Coat
US Magazine - almost 4 years
Even though Kate Middleton recently hit up Topshop to buy maternity clothes, the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge recycled one of her favorite outfits when she arrived at the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, England, on Tuesday, March 5. Sporting the same Hobbs "Celeste" coat she donned during a public appearance in Liverpool in February 2012, the 31-year-old wore a Great Plains dress and black heels. PHOTOS: How Kate Middleton is getting ready to be a mom As a result of the heavy fog, Middleton traveled to the engagement via helicopter instead of by train. "There a number of factors taken into consideration when it comes to royal engagements," St. James' Palace explained. "It depends on what the member of the royal family is doing before or after and how long the journey takes. It was decided that the most suitable way to travel to Grimsby was to come by helicopter." Enfield Resident Wins $25,000 “Lucky for Life” Lottery Prize
Enfield Patch - over 4 years
Charles “Cliff” Miller of Enfield was pleasantly surprised Tuesday when the “Lucky for Life” ticket he purchased for the June 18 drawing turned out to be a $25,000 prize winner.  “I checked my numbers against the winning numbers report and saw I matched five numbers.  I thought maybe it was a $5,000 winner,” Miller told Lottery officials.  “When I scanned it in the ticket checker and saw I won $25,000, I immediately called my wife.  She was all excited and happy.” Miller’s “Quick Pick” numbers missed matching the Lucky Ball number, which was 18, but still matched the other five winning numbers drawn, 15 – 16 – 33 – 35 – 40 and won $25,000.  Across New England, 71,307 winning Lucky for Life tickets were purchased on that date; 23,271 were sold in CT alone with prizes ranging from $2 to $25,000.  Since the “first” Lucky for Life drawing on March 15, 2012, there have been 780,715 “lucky” winning tickets sold in CT alone. Miller’s winning ticket was purchased at Hayden Station Liqu ...
