In February 2010, Satta was chosen by the magazine Sports Illustrated for the special year dedicated to swimwear (Sports Illustrated Magazine Swimsuit Issue), together with other wives of famous footballers such as, Abigail Clancy (wife of Peter Crouch), Sarah Brandner (girlfriend of Bastian Schweinsteiger), and Bethany Dempsey (wife of Clint Dempsey) for a photo shoot that "wearing" a body painting representing the top of the Italy national football team.

Satta's father, Enzo Satta, is an architect, he was a political adviser and business partner to Prince Aga Khan IV and an Italian politician from Sardinia, from 1986 until 2003, where he was responsible for the planning of Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast) in Sardinia. Satta has two brothers, Riccardo, who is a business magnate and lives in Monaco, and the youngest of the two, Maximilian.
