A judge Monday refused to lower the $550,000 bail for Oceanside resident Peter Robbins -- the voice of Charlie Brown in several Peanuts films and television specials -- who is charged with threatening his girlfriend and the doctor who performed her breast enhancement surgery.

Authorities in California say the voice actor who portrayed Charlie Brown in many "Peanuts" shows was arrested on charges that include stalking.
