Richard Douglas "Rick" Hurst an American actor who portrayed Deputy Cletus Hogg, Boss Hogg's cousin, in the 1980 to 1983 seasons of The Dukes of Hazzard. Hurst has also appeared in many movies, including The Karate Kid, Part III (1989) as the Announcer. He is the father of fellow actor Ryan Hurst.
