Roger Cassidy Clinton is an American actor and musician and the half-brother of former President Bill Clinton. Roger Clinton was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas http://www. imdb. com/name/nm0166935/, the son of Virginia Clinton Kelley and Roger M. Clinton, who were Bill Clinton’s mother and stepfather, respectively. As a child, Bill often had to protect Roger from his periodically alcoholic and abusive father.
