The Big Bang Theory: Will Tania Raymonde Be Raj’s Valentine?
Boom Tron - about 3 years
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m growing a little tired of The Big Bang Theory’s insistence on repetition. At what point does this series grow tired of using Raj as someone who has the worst luck with women? His inability to speak to women while sober was a trait that was cute for maybe two seasons, but it dragged on for way too long and made little sense even as a joke. It was like a crutch to keep him away from finding a proper relationship. So Big Bang is looking to throw him toward another girl that will likely prove to be nothing much in terms of romance, but will certainly go miles towards making Raj unhappy. The latest woman to come into Raj’s life will be played by Lost alum Tania Raymonde, according to TVLine. She’ll be guest starring, and possible recurring, as a cute and somewhat surely veterinarian. She winds up taking care of Raj’s sick dog Cinnamon, putting her in the prime position for a romantic prospect. Raymonde will debut in this year’s Valentine’s Day ...

Radar Online - over 3 years
Jodi Arias tweeted up a storm Saturday night just as the TV movie about her case aired but the convicted murderer never mentioned the Lifetime flick. Instead, she wanted her followers to know she is not currently accepting donations for appeals because, she wrote, “Just don’t know yet if I will plea or appeal.” PHOTOS: Jodi Arias In Shackles, Prison Stripes And Full Make Up Arias also warned that anyone soliciting funds on her behalf was “not legit.” And who is doing the tweeting for her?  Jodi isn’t saying but she did write that it’s NOT Donovan Bering, herself a convicted felon! Arias has been convicted for first degree murder in the stabbing and shooting death of Travis Alexander. PHOTOS: Never Before Seen Photos Of Jodi Arias Following the conviction, Arizona law required that the jury vote unanimously on imposing the death sentence, which didn’t happen. Huffington Post - almost 4 years
NBC's "Chicago Fire" spinoff has recruited two stars, according to TVLine. Scott Eastwood and Tania Raymonde have been tapped to play Jim and Nicole, two cops at the Chicago Police Department, which viewers will get their first glimpse of in "Chicago Fire's" May 15 finale. Introducing the concept for a planned offshoot in a special episode of its predecessor is often employed when networks try to launch spinoffs, as is the case with upcoming "NCIS: Los Angeles" spinoff, "NCIS: Red," and "The Vampire Diaries" backdoor pilot for "The Originals." For more on the casting, head over to TVLine. "Chicago Fire" currently airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC. Would you watch a "Chicago Fire" spinoff?

Review: 'Chainsaw' loving homage to '74 original

Review: 'Chainsaw' loving homage to '74 original Associated Press Copyright 2013 Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed. Updated 12:40 pm, Friday, January 4, 2013 The opening sequence takes place directly after the final scene of Hooper's film, depicting a Waco-like encounter in which the house containing Leatherface and his cannibalistic family burns to the ground with all its occupants presumably dead. The film's first half follows conventional horror movie tropes as the heroine and her hottie companions — boyfriend Ryan (rapper Tremaine 'Trey Songz' Neverson), BFF Nikki (Tania Raymonde), her new crush Kenny (Keram Malicki-Sanchez) and a hunky hitchhiker (Scott Eastwood) — are pursued by the chainsaw-wielding inhabitant with predictably lethal results. Leatherface is even given a rather sympathetic treatment, depicted as being something of a misunderstoo ...
