Technical Issues this Morning

We experienced a payment processing error earlier this morning, and some new customers were affected.  The issue has been fixed now, and we are currently restoring accounts for the affected customers.  We sincerely apologize for any possible inconvenience, and thank you all for your patience as we resolve the problem.

    They can help assist you cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription yourself under the “settings” tab of your account.
