You are extortionists. It took me 1/2 hour to “remove” one of the entries under my name, and it didn’t even remove it! It’s still there. When I tried to remove the 2nd entry it said to prevent “abuse” to try again later. I tried again 6 hours later and it still would not let me take my name off.
You are wasting a lot of people’s time by requiring them to be on your site forever in order to get their name removed, and for not removing their name when they request it you are invading peoples’ privacy. I am going to talk to a lawyer about this.

I apologize for any difficulties you encountered with the opting out process. Tens of thousands of people successfully remove their listings every day. Many similar companies do not offer an opt out service, or charge a fee for users to do so.
