We’ve experienced a huge increase in traffic (12x to be exact) over the past two weeks; likewise, we’ve received a lot of emails. We took pride in our 24-hour response time to all inquiries in the past, but our small team simply couldn’t keep up with this huge spike. We didn’t have enough people to respond to everyone’s questions, and we were hitting the sending limit of our email system. As a result, we have 3 or 4 days worth of emails in our backlog. However, we’ve resolved most of the technical bottlenecks, and are starting to catch up on emails.
