Top 10 People Searches – March 2011

by Katie • March 31, 2011

Inside Spokeo, People Search

It’s time to find out who you’ve been searching for on Spokeo this month. Let’s start with number ten:

10. Jamie King – A newbie to our list! Jamie recently made the news after it was discovered that she wore the same dress as Nicky Hilton to a party. Apparently, that is the worst fashion crime you can commit. What do you think, fashion fun or fashion faux pas?

9. Charlie Sheen – I’m not even sure where to start with this one… I won’t go into all the Sheen craziness, but will tell you that you can see him in his "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour. It sounds like there are many tickets still available. Do you think he’s still “winning”?

8. Kobe Bryant – This Laker was named the Western Conference Player of the Week for games played March 21-27. Congrats Kobe!

7. Oprah Winfrey – Oh Oprah, will you ever fail to make our list? Oprah has confirmed that the last episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show will air May 25. Does this news make you happy or sad?

6. Bill Gates – Bill Gates continues to help spread charitable movement among the world’s growing number of tycoons; his latest visit was in India.

5. Andy Garcia –Andy was crowned Bacchus for the Bacchus Parade in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. You can also watch him in City Island, which was released to DVD on March 28.

4. Gerardo Ortiz – Gerardo Ortiz is a Mexican performer who sings about the exploits of Mexico’s drug lords, also known as a "narcocorrido" artist.  It turns out that is a risky business. Yikes!

3. Elizabeth Taylor – Elizabeth Taylor fully embodied Hollywood glamour. She had it all: the talent, the beauty, the Oscars, the diamonds, the husbands, the first celebrity perfume, and so much more. On top of it all, she was also a huge activist and humanitarian. She truly is a legend and an icon, and will not be forgotten.

2. Barack Obama – Our President continues to remain a strong search again this month. Popular news topics involving Obama include the Education System, Libya, his re-election campaign, and his March Madness bracket.

1. Justin Bieber – Bieber’s reign continues!  Bieber recently hit 500,000,000 YouTube views on his “Baby” video, and is the leader for the most-viewed video. Ironically, it turns out he also has the most “dislikes” on YouTube, only being rivaled by Rebecca Black. Either way, America still seems to have the Bieber fever.

Will Justin Bieber continue to reign supreme?! Check in next month to find out!
