Taking Customer Service (and its offices) by Storm

At Spokeo we’re proud to have a stellar team of characters and personalities behind the quest to organize the world’s information about people. We know our search tools are extremely useful, but we also know that sometimes you have found what you needed so quickly that you no longer need your account, or perhaps you might, (GULP) even be having a bit of a technical issue on our site!

From the beginning, Spokeo has employed an awesome customer service unit, housed right in our own Pasadena offices. We have new people constantly wanting to join this fun and friendly team and answer your questions. Available for calls between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time seven days-a-week, and with a promise to respond to your emails within 24 hours, we only hear the best about how our team members are able to help our users.

As Spokeo continues to grow, so does our team and thus our operations. Though we treasured the togetherness of our space, we recently set the Customer Service group up with new digs and much-needed extra square footage! An entire SIX floors away from our product folks (we miss each other dearly but happily take the 30-second elevator ride regularly), the CS gurus boast an entirely new suite with 12-foot tall ceilings, spacious conference and training rooms, quirky banners and an entertainment area complete with fruit-shaped bean bags.

There’s no better way to describe our stellar team downstairs and their cool office space than to show you. So we hope you enjoy meeting our creative CS team as well as the quirky office tour they’ve put together! We don’t blame you if you’re jealous of the fruit beds, most people are…
