1. Why should I upgrade to Spokeo Premium?

Spokeo People Search is a people search engine that aggregates data from hundreds of online and offline sources, including but not limited to: phone directories, social networks, marketing surveys,  mailing lists, government censuses, real estate listings, and business websites. All of the data aggregated is publicly available, and accessible by anyone from those respective sources. Finding, consolidating, and organizing all of the data  meaningfully, however, could take an individual weeks, whereas Spokeo automates the data aggregation process and offers it a lightning speed. Upgrading to Spokeo Premium will give you access to all this data and extra features, including the ability to perform Reverse Email searches to better assist your people research.

2. How does Spokeo Business differ from Spokeo Premium?

Spokeo Premium is designed to have a broad appeal for the general consumers.  General consumers use Spokeo to help them reconnect with old friends and acquaintances.  They don’t have to search for a lot of people on a daily basis, so Spokeo Premium offers smaller search quota bundle at an affordable price.  On the other hand, people research is a part of work routine for professionals.  Spokeo Business appeals to these professionals by bundling a higher search quota volume. 3. How much does Spokeo Premium cost?

Spokeo Premium is available in three subscription plans for you to pick according to your needs: 3-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year.  Our 3-month Premium subscription is priced at $14.85 , or an equivalent of $4.95 per month.  Our 6-month is priced at $23.70, or an equivalent of $3.95 per month. Our 12-month subscription plan is $35.40, or an equivalent of $2.95 per month. Spokeo also offers subscriptions in the Business and Enterprise editions. 4. How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

All subscriptions will be automatically renewed to the same term until you cancel.  You can cancel your subscription under your Account Settings at any time without any question asked.  Once canceled, you will still enjoy all premium benefits until the end of your then-current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. 5. Can I get a full refund after I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry if Spokeo does not meet your expectations. We value the opportunity to resolve any form of dissatisfaction and greatly encourage you to contact Customer Support to seek assistance. While all Spokeo subscriptions are non-refundable, we take all complaints very seriously and will work hard to help you resolve the issue.

6. How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?

Currently, there is no way to change your payment plan.  However, we now offer the option of upgrading your account to our Business or Enterprise plans through the  Account Settings tab. We are working hard to integrate all our various plans into one technology platform. For further assistance, please contact Customer Support.

7. How many searches am I allowed to perform?

All of our paid subscriptions have monthly search quotas. This implementation will not only ensure that your searches remain smooth and quick, but will allow Spokeo to add more data and supported networks in the future. Our price plans and search quotas are available to view here.

Your account’s search quotas reset automatically every month, providing you full access again thereafter. All unused searches will not roller over. It is highly recommended that you keep track of the searches performed under your account. You may do so by going to your Account Settings tab, located on the top right corner upon logging in. Should you require a higher search quota plan, please consider upgrading to our Business or Enterprise editions. For further assistance, please contact Customer Support.

8. Why can’t I access my premium account even after I’ve paid?

Please first check for all the email accounts you have used to registered with Spokeo.  Many users sign up for multiple Spokeo accounts with different email addresses, and then forget which email they used for their premium account.  If you can’t remember which email you used, or experience any other issues, please contact Customer Support.

9. How secure is my credit card information?

Your credit card information is safe with us.  We actually do not process or store any of your credit card or payment information.  Instead, we pay an industry-leading payment processor to handle all our financial transactions to ensure the highest data security standards.  Moreover, all of our payment information is transmitted securely using 128-bit high-level SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, so you’ve got nothing to worry about.
