1. What is a Spokeo Premium Subscription?
Spokeo People Search allows you to search for anyone by Name, Reverse Email, Reverse Phone or Username. Our Premium membership gives you exclusive content not available to non-subscribers, and is activated immediately after payment is processed.
Some examples of the kind of information our Name Search can yield are:

Some examples of the kind of information our Reverse Email Search and Username Search can yield are:

2. What is a Spokeo Business/Enterprise Subscription?
Spokeo Premium is designed to have a broad appeal for the general consumers. General consumers use Spokeo to help them reconnect with old friends and acquaintances. They don’t have to search for a lot of people on a daily basis, so Spokeo Premium offers smaller search quota bundle at an affordable price. On the other hand, people research is a part of the work routine for professionals. Spokeo’s Business and Enterprise plans appeal to these professionals by bundling a higher search quota volume. 3. How much does a Spokeo Subscription cost?
Spokeo Premium is available in three subscription plans for you to pick from according to your needs: 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year. Our 3-month Premium subscription is priced at $14.85, or an equivalent of $4.95 per month. Our 6-month is priced at $23.70, or an equivalent of $3.95 per month. Our 1-year subscription plan is $35.40, or an equivalent of $2.95 per month. Spokeo also offers subscriptions in Business and Enterprise editions. Spokeo currently accepts payment using all major debit/credit cards, as well as PayPal. Spokeo accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Spokeo subscription via money order or check at this time. (You can always consider purchasing a prepaid credit card, however.)
5. How secure is my credit card information?
Your credit card information is safe with us. We actually do not process or store any of your credit card or payment information. Instead, we pay an industry-leading payment processor to handle all our financial transactions to ensure the highest data security standards. Moreover, all of our payment information is transmitted securely using 128-bit high-level SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, so you’ve got nothing to worry about.
6. How do I upgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your account anytime by following the steps below:
1. Log into your existing Premium account
2. Click "Settings" located in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click "Upgrade Subscription" under the section labeled "Subscription Status"
4. Follow the payment steps to upgrade

Spokeo supports four types of searches. To begin, enter any First and Last name, Phone Number, Email Address, or Username and click "Search". Spokeo’s search bar is intuitive, and will automatically detect the type of search entered. All available results will be displayed once the search is complete.
8. How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
All subscriptions will be automatically renewed to the same term until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription under your Account Settings at any time without any question asked. Once canceled, you will still enjoy all premium benefits until the end of your then-current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. 9. How do I cancel my subscription through PayPal?
If you paid for a subscription using PayPal, canceling is just as easy!
Here’s how:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Click “Profile” near the top of the page.
3.Click “My Money.”
4.Click “Update” in the “My Preapproved Payments” section.
5.Click “Cancel” or “Cancel Automatic Billing” and follow the instructions.
10. Can I get a refund if I’m unsatisfied with Spokeo?
We are sorry if Spokeo does not meet your expectations. We value the opportunity to resolve any form of dissatisfaction and encourage you to contact Customer Support to request for a refund.
11. Do I get unlimited searches?
All of our subscription plans are under a monthly search quota limit. This implementation will not only ensure that your email searches continue to remain smooth and quick, but will allow us to add more supported networks into our database in the future.
We wish to point out, however, that your account’s search quotas reset automatically every month, providing you full, comprehensive access again thereafter (unused searches will not roll over). Please visit our Plans page for more information.
12. Can I perform international searches?
Spokeo currently only supports national numbers and addresses from the United States for our phone and name search. We do support all email address and username searches however, including international ones. This search feature covers all of our supported social networks.
13. Does Spokeo guarantee data accuracy?
Spokeo aggregates data from over 50 types of sources. While some sources (phone books, real estate listings, etc.) are generally accurate, others range from online surveys and marketing lists, and these can be inaccurate at times. Spokeo does not originate or create data, so Spokeo’s data is only as good as its original sources. Spokeo does not guarantee data accuracy, and its data should only be used as a reference.
14. Why can’t I find a person on Spokeo?
Spokeo showcases the power of information aggregation; the data is gathered from a multitude of different sources, such as social networks, public records, phone listings, marketing surveys and more. However, machine aggregation has its limits. For this reason, we cannot guarantee full or accurate information for every name, phone number, email address or username you search for, as the results vary so much from person to person. We are only as good as our sources.
15. What should I do if something isn’t working as expected?
