Calling cell phone that is on do not call list sometimes 3 or 4 x a day

My cell phone I do not use for phone calls. I'm elderly and it costs my daughter money!!! Yes, I too am furious that telemarketers can call on cell phones which COST MONEY, when NO REQUESTS for such calls are made!!! Even my land line is on the FEDERAL and STATE DO NOT CALL LISTS!!!

Called my cell phone that is on do not call list at ridiculous hours. I'm furious that these telemarketers are getting away with calling what is supposed to be private cell phones.

"Credit card" robocall, called at 715 PST to my cell
